USER SUBMITTED MATERIAL

A great deal of the trivia on PeopleQuiz originates from visitors to the website. When a user submits trivia content, all content becomes the property of PeopleQuiz (and the user clicks a SAVE button stating and agreeing to this fact at submit time). PeopleQuiz has all rights and ownership to content/questions entered and may distribute and use this content in any way. PeopleQuiz reserves the right to not include questions submitted and does not guarantee that submitted quizzes will be placed online. Quizzes or biographies submitted to PeopleQuiz may be edited, modified or deleted by our editorial staff at any time. Any user who does not consent to these provisions may not submit material to PeopleQuiz.

In addition, users submitting content to PeopleQuiz declare when they submit the content that the content is in their own words and has not been taken from any copyright source(s). PeopleQuiz's volunteer editors do what they can to ensure that any material that is found to violate any copyright is rejected for publishing. In addition, any user found to be submitting plagiarized work will immediately have their accounts terminated and barred from PeopleQuiz. PeopleQuiz takes plagiarism seriously and takes major steps to prevent it.. If you have cause to believe that any content in any PeopleQuiz quiz violates any copyright, please report it to us and we will take immediate action.

Some PeopleQuiz quizzes use the names of renowned people, places, products, and large companies in trivia questions. If you would desire that PeopleQuiz NOT publish trivia regarding a trademark, company, person, etc for which you represent, please report it to us and we will eliminate the content.

PRIVATE TOURNAMENTS
PeopleQuiz.com private tournaments allow visitors to create their own virtual tournaments on PeopleQuiz.com. The basic service is free of charge and supported by advertising. The advanced version is ad-free and is provided on a subscription basis. By signing up for a tournament, the visitor does not receive any special rights in regards to trivia content. The tournament host, however, may link to his or her tournament and may configure the tournament. PeopleQuiz makes no guarantees on the availability of tournaments or accuracy of trivia content. PeopleQuiz reserves the right to change the features of the tournaments at any time. Information about players signing up in your tournament are our property if you are using our free version. Subscribers maintain sole ownership of all player data from their tournament.

YOUR ACCOUNT
PeopleQuiz and its partners reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
